Reservations
To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to send proof of payment along with the following information:
Full name
Date of birth
ID or passport number
CPF (Brazilian tax ID)
Full address (Street, Neighborhood, City, ZIP Code)
Phone and email
Expected check-in time / flight number (if arriving by air)
Expected check-out time
Names of other guests (if applicable)
Payment Methods, Reservations, Rental, and Security Deposit
To reserve one of Custom Flair Hosts’ properties, a payment of 30% of the total stay value is required for confirmation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer/deposit, bank slip, credit card, or payment link via Pagar.me.
The remaining balance of the rental, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit, must be paid one (1) day before check-in.
The security deposit will be held via a registered credit card until the end of the stay.
Check-in:
Official time: from 3:00 PM onwards.
Guests must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number in advance.
Early check-in between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM may be requested subject to availability and payment of 50% of the daily rate.
Check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM will be charged as an additional day corresponding to the previous night.
Check-out:
Official time: until 11:00 AM.
After property inspection and key return, the security deposit will be released.
Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM may be requested with a payment of 50% of the daily rate.
Departures after 6:00 PM will be charged as a full day.
If the guest does not vacate at the agreed time, a 30-minute grace period will apply. After that, a fee of R$ 120.00 will be charged if before 11:00 AM, or a full daily rate if after that time.
Cancellations and Changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the 30% confirmation payment will not be refunded.
No refunds will be made for early departures.
Date changes will only be accepted upon written confirmation via email from Custom Flair Hosts.
The company may terminate the contract without refund in cases such as: exceeding the permitted number of guests, disturbing the neighborhood, parties, use of illegal drugs, entry of animals without authorization, violation of condominium rules, or non-payment.
Internet and TV
If the property offers internet or cable TV, Custom Flair Hosts is not responsible for service failures or interruptions, as these are provided by third-party companies. No discounts or refunds will be granted for such issues.
Guest Responsibilities
The guest is responsible for the property and condominium items during the stay. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for rule violations will be the guest’s immediate responsibility.
Visitors
Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please confirm in advance so we can recommend a suitable property.
Jurisdiction
The forum of Camboriú – SC is elected to resolve any disputes arising from this contract.
