📘 Owner’s Manual – Custom Flair Hosts

🔑 Reserving Your Property for Personal Use

As a property owner, you can reserve your property for your own personal use.

To do so, contact our support team via WhatsApp at +55 (47) 9.8850-1861 or by email at administrativo@customflairanfitriao.com, and provide the check-in and check-out dates.

If the dates are available, your reservation will be confirmed.

Important:

Please follow the standard check-in and check-out times:

Check-in from 3:00 PM

Check-out by 11:00 AM

If you need different times, let us know in advance so we can make the proper arrangements.

💰 Payment Transfers

Reservation earnings are transferred to you by the 10th of each month, based on the reservations from the previous month.

The calculation of your net amount includes:

Platform fees: charged by websites like Airbnb, Booking, Decolar, etc.

Custom Flair commission: management fee for each booking.

Cleaning fee: charged to the guest and passed directly to the cleaning professional.

Net payment: the actual amount you’ll receive after applicable deductions.

🛠️ Property Maintenance

To keep your property in excellent condition and ensure the best guest experience, we follow a structured maintenance routine:

Preventive inspections: conducted every 90 to 120 days to check and adjust items like lights, doors, drawers, batteries, and other details that may need attention.

Corrective maintenance: completed within 24 business hours of a guest or team report.

Damage replacement: any damaged items are replaced as needed. All maintenance actions are logged and made available in your owner’s area for full transparency.
